Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BookedByAI services, booking an audit, or purchasing a system setup or management plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide automation strategy, system setup, and ongoing optimization for service businesses and related professionals. The specific scope of work is outlined in your proposal, onboarding documentation, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information needed to configure your systems, maintain access to required platforms (CRM, calendar, email, etc.), and use our systems in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payments
Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring plans, your payment method will be billed automatically each period until canceled.
5. No Guarantees
We design systems to improve response times, follow-ups, and booked calls, but we cannot guarantee specific revenue or lead outcomes. Performance depends on your offer, market, traffic quality, and sales process.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, and workflows created by BookedByAI remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them within your business while in good standing as a client.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedByAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Refund Policy
1. Strategy Calls & Audits
Audit and strategy call fees are generally non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
2. System Setup Fees
System Setup fees cover upfront planning, build-out, integrations, and configuration work. Because this is custom implementation, these fees are typically non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Monthly Management / AI Growth Partner
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not normally provide partial-period refunds.
4. Exceptions
If you believe there has been a billing error or a serious issue with the setup that we have not addressed, email info@bookedbyai.ca and we will review your case in good faith.
