Privacy Policy
BookedByAI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and protects the personal information of clients, prospects, and website visitors.
1. Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone number, business name); the content, images, and brand material you send us for your website; booking and onboarding information submitted through our forms; and usage data about how you interact with our site and emails.
2. How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, design and build your website, publish and optimize the content that answer engines read, manage your Google Business Profile where that is part of your plan, perform monthly maintenance, send service updates, and improve our own process.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver the work, such as hosting, domain, analytics, and billing platforms, under appropriate data protection terms.
4. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By booking an audit, purchasing a website build, or subscribing to a monthly plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide custom website design and development, AI-search and search-engine optimization of that site, and optional monthly maintenance including content updates, performance and security checks, and Google Business Profile management. The exact scope is set out in your proposal or onboarding documentation.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to supply accurate business information, copy, images, and any credentials the build requires (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, analytics), to review drafts within a reasonable time, and to hold the rights to any material you send us.
4. Payments
Build fees are due at the time of purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing. Monthly plans are billed automatically each period until canceled.
5. No guarantees
We build sites that are readable by people and by answer engines, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking, citation, traffic level, or revenue figure. Results depend on your market, offer, and how the site is used.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the finished website content and design delivered for your business. The underlying frameworks, components, and internal methods we reuse across projects remain our property.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedByAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after an update is posted means you accept it.
Refund Policy
1. Website and visibility audit
The audit call is free. There is nothing to refund. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
2. Website builds
Build fees cover design, writing, development, and launch work that begins as soon as the project is booked. Once work has started, these fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work begins, we refund in full.
3. AI Growth Partner (monthly)
Monthly maintenance is billed in advance. Cancel future renewals at any time and service continues to the end of the current period. We do not normally refund part of a period.
4. Exceptions
If there has been a billing error, or a serious problem with the delivered site we have not addressed, email info@bookedbyai.ca and we will review it in good faith.
